LEUVEN, Belgium and MINNEAPOLIS, US – March 24, 2010 – GetWireless, a national distributor of cellular-based solutions, today announced a North American distribution agreement with Option (EURONEXT Brussels: OPTI; OTC: OPNVY), a global leader in wireless broadband technology. GetWireless will now be a premier North American distributor for Option’s GlobeSurfer® III broadband router and the iCON® 452 USB modem, some of the first products of their kind to operate on the AWS frequency band in the United States.
The GlobeSurfer III, a broadband router with Wi-Fi and voice, and the iCON 452, a high-end USB-modem offering worldwide connectivity, are welcome additions to the GetWireless product suite. The demand for AWS compatible products is far greater than what is currently available in the North American marketplace.
