CRESCENT NV (OPTION™) and CEBEO will collaborate on IOT

Cebeo will make Option’s energy product portfolio available to the installer world.
Last year Option invested in the development of a wireless energy monitoring solution that can be easily installed in any home or business and enabled to link meters wirelessly up to 3 km from the home.
“Energy monitoring traditionally was a product to be installed by specialized companies. By taking this step, it is now accessible to a wider audience and every home and / or company can now install an energy monitoring system”, says Kris van Daele, Business Development manager at Option.
“With the advent of digital meters, more electric charging points and solar panels, energy monitoring and control is gaining interest. With the new Option wireless solution, we want to give residential and SME installers the opportunity to specialize in this domain”, says Maarten Rood, segment manager for commercial and industry Cebeo.
