Further to its press release of September 17th, Option confirms a capital increase of 3 million euros at 5 € per share, of which 2 million will come from a contribution in kind of receivables from Van Zele Holding and a cash contribution of 1 million from Sol.One, a Belgian drone manufacturer.
This capital increase will take place before the end of the year and will provide Option with a strong balance sheet, well positioned for future profitable growth.
