Option NV announces that it secured 2 mio€ of additional working capital related funding needed for the production of some 10.000 units of its new CloudGate NXS platform.
Representing a commercial value in excess of 5 mio€ to be delivered as of October 26 this particular working capital related line was structured without any dilution to existing shareholders while entirely funded by its reference shareholders.
The new CloudGate product platforms (NXS and Probe) were launched and demonstrated at a marketing event on June 11 & 12th to an audience of some 50 new and existing global customers and were received with much enthusiasm and very positive interest and feedback .
So many encouraging comments from reputed global players have strengthened our belief in the resurrection and future of Option. We are regaining a reputation of superior quality and relevant performance in the rapidly evolving IoT space. We therefore reiterate our ambition to double our turnover for 2026 compared to 2025 (Option division only) at healthy margins.
