| To find the Serial and IMEI number of the GlobeTrotter
PC card you can do the following: |

1. On the back of your GlobeTrotter PC card,
check the barcode label for Serial (SNR) and IMEI
number

| 2. On the back of your GlobeTrotter product box,
check the barcode label for Serial (SNR) and IMEI
number |
| |
| 3. Run the Diagnostic tool of your Application
software: |

Manager |

- with WCM |
| |
| 4. Open a Terminal window, type
and execute the command: AT+CGSN |
| |
| Note:
All 0's after the 10th digit of the Serial number
should be ignored |
