The SoftRadius USB modem is NOT supported under Mac OS 9.2.1.

Although support under Mac OS 9.0.4 - 9.1 - 9.2 can not be guaranteed,  most supported GSM phones will function adequately with the SoftRadius modem provided you install the latest Install Software available from our website.  However depending on your brand and model of GSM phone the SMS&Phonebook software and/or setting up a data connection through Remote Access can present problems.

To avoid these problems we strongly advise to update your system to Mac OS 9.2.2. These updates are freely available from the Apple support pages.
