company, for each person, entity or group of persons or
entities, known to the company to hold at least 3% or
more directly or indirectly is listed. Jan Callewaert
and GIMV NV are acting in concert on the basis of a shareholders'
agreement signed on October 14, 1997. Jan Callewaert and
GIMV NV each hold 9 convertible bonds of Option. Upon
conversion each bond would entitle the bondholders to
53.312 ordinary shares.
