I need to travel to other countries. Can I use the Icon 322 in other countries ?

There are 2 considerations in order to be able to use a wireless device in a foreign country. Firstly your service provider needs to have roaming service agreements with a service provider in that foreign country. Pay particular attention to the tariff of the roaming service. You should contact your service provider for the availability and the tariff practiced before you use this service.
Secondly your wireless device has to have the capability to capture the wireless signal in that foreign country. This depends on the technology and the frequency of the wireless network used. You should contact your service provider for this information.
In the case of Icon 322, you need to make sure that GPRS or EDGE or UMTS or HSDPA or HSUPA network is available in that foreign country. In GPRS/EDGE, the Icon 322 can operate at all avaiable frequencies i.e. 850/900/1800/1900 Megahertz. In UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, the Icon 322 can operate at 850/1900/2100 Megahertz
