Is it possible to switch off the WLAN in case of using only LAN Ethernet?

Yes,
* Go to the GlobeSurfer®'s web interface.
* Login with your Admin ID and password.
* Click on Quick Setup
* Un-check the Wireless enable check-box
*Apply your new settings.
To enable the WLAN interface again, follow the same procedure, but re-check the WLAN enable check-box and apply your settings.
