The connection to internet stops working and I have to restart the GlobeSurfer®. On the option GlobeSurfer® display I can see that the computer still is connected, and I get in contact with the GlobeSurfer® management console which tells me that I'm connected.

Please verify the firmware version of the GlobeSurfer®. You can check this by connecting with your browser to 192.168.1.1. After you have successfully logged-in, you click on 'System setup'. In the next screen you click on 'About GlobeSurfer® II'. Then you can see what firmware version you are using for this Option device. When you are not using R2C25, we strongly advice you to upgrade the firmware with the software available on our support download pages:

To access the download web page, you need to have the SNR and the IMEI numbers located at the back of the device.
