In case you can set-up a GPRS/UMTS connection but cannot open a webpage you probably have to add or edit your DNS settings.
Check the connection settings in the Application software. Here you can enter or edit the DNS settings for you GPRS connection.
Check with your GSM/GPRS/UMTS network provider for the correct settings.
