GlobeTrotter Connect for MID is a flexible, easy-to-use software application that facilitates the management of Internet connections for Mobile Internet Devices over 2G, 3G WWAN and WLAN networks.

A simple, intuitive settings screen simplifies the setting up of connection profiles including access codes and preferred networks, while the software automatically configures connection to the service provider according to the SIM card inserted. The main screen gives an instant overview of connection status and the technologies currently available.

Based on the Linux 2.6.x Kernel, GlobeTrotter Connect for MID will manage the entire range of Option® Mobile Internet Devices, its modular design making it easy to add new features.
