As Customer Launch Manager I am the principal point of contact and project manager for all product launches into our major customers. I also help product marketing in following up new products at our customer sites.

I work with many departments across Option, watching the development process from concept to launch. Although everyone has their own specific role, we work as a real team on behalf of our customers to deliver products on time, to the highest quality.
