I'm really glad that I joined Option - from the start I got the opportunity to use all my creativity and have really grown professionally ever since.

My main role is coordinating lab activities between my New Product Introduction colleagues and updating team leaders and project managers on project statuses from prototype production and planning.

The atmosphere in the lab is terrific, with engineers from across multiple departments working really well together as a close team. I've found that here at Option you get the space you need to work, and your opinions are asked for and respected.
